Warmer Works perfectly ~ slightly higher than the dimensios!
I am an Esthetician with my own Studio and needed to order a new towel cabby to replace my trusty steed of almost eight years when it bit the dust. This item checks all the boxes I look for: large capacity, two tiers/shelves & UV light for added sanitation. In my treatment room I keep my cabby on a lower shelf on a rolling cart so I dont have to get up and walk around anytime I need to grab a hot towel & it keeps treatment continuity for my client.This towel warmer arrived severely damaged in transit (no fault of the seller, it was packaged well but this box looked like someone took a bat to it). Based on the damage of the box, it does look like something heavy fell right into it *but* the entire side of the cabby caved in which leads me to believe the metal walls of the cabby are quite thin and if you were to keep yr cabby on the floor as some practitioners do, the metal walls/sides would easily get dented in if knocked into. This isnt a problem for me as I use a cart and a majority of practitioners keep cabbys on counters/shelves above where they can be knocked into.I ordered a replacement for the damaged cabby and it arrived very quickly but it was just a couple centimeters taller than the item description (13.8″) measuring just over 14 inches tall. This cabby heated up very very quickly & did it’s job. A down side is that the metal shelves/racks inside have super wide gaps so if you (like me) put silicone bowls with yr water for facial cleanses in the cabby to warm up before the service (or if you do the same with yr oils as a massage therapist). The gaps are large so any bowls would tip over without a doubt. I always put my towel warmer on a cart as stated before; the cord on this cabby its quite short compared to my previous cabby, measuring only 45 inches so keep that in mind if you need a longer length to reach a far away outlet or if you need flexibility to move a cart around.Unfortunately, I had to return it due to it not fitting in the cart in my Esthetics Studio. It makes sense that it would have some slight wiggle room in the dimensions & it’s really my fault for ordering this cabby knowing I only had 14inch height shelf to put it on and it was supposed to measure 13.8 inches. Although the few downsides (shelf grate width/cord length), I would have kept this product if it didn’t require me getting a different cart due to the fast heating time, UV sanitize light, large capacity & two tiers for heating up towels evenly.

Disappointed. Not an ideal buy. I will not buy this product again.
I like this product because of the double shelves, but I would not buy it again because of the poor material it was made with. I started using these warmers in May and right away they started rusting. which means I will have to replace them soon, which is a waste of my business money

Functions but stinks
Functions well but the metal smell is annoying, it transfers to the towels. Iâll try cleaning with baking soda &/or lemon, maybe that will help.

This is perfect for heating up beanbag heating pads!
so I got this towel, warmer, just to heat up my beanbag neck warmers. I have herniated disc in my neck and I get muscle spasms in the side of my neck daily when I am on my computer doing work from home so I have this particular towel warmer because it stays on constantly, that way when I come to get my beanbag for my neck itâs already warm and I donât have to wait for it like the microwave

This towel warmer worked well initially, but the cord caught fire was broke after a couple of months and the tower warmer is too lightweight. However, I replaced a new cord and it works again. The new cord I bought from Home Depot is thicker and beret than the original one.
