Love It
I used to write gratitude notes in my phone every now and then when it would come to mind. Having this book is so much better. The prompts are great and make me think about various aspects in life and find something Iâm grateful for. There have been a few times where I really had to stop and think to try and formulate an answer – but I always find something. Itâs already leaving the lasting impression that there is always something positive in my life. I leave it on my nightstand with a pen clipped to it. When I lay down to go to bed, I take a few minutes and complete a page. Then I reflect on it for a moment, and go to sleep. I noticed today that I carried some of that gratefulness into the next day. It felt like I had a little more space in my mind to breathe. To the author – thank you very much, and well executed. The idea of just a few prompts and roughly 5 minutes of âworkâ is a fantastic one. Itâs just enough to be thought provoking, but not so much that it seems like a chore. Feeling the results of these 5 minute entries has motivated me to go deeper into my own journey. It makes for a great gift too! I bought another one for that very reason. Peace and love!

It works!
I was skeptical this book would work. I’m not even half way through it and I already feel more grateful and it’s also helping me see the positives in situations. I recommend if you’re yearning to live a more positive life

Perfect journal
This is designed for the busy working person. Very simple but meaningful. Each daily page has 5-6 questions you answer, some with one or two word answers, that gives you direction and makes you see your life is good! Great daily lessons. Takes about 5 minutes each day but you finish thinking you know Iâm ok, life is good, I have hope!

Very Thought-provoking Notebook…
â¦that I’m slowly getting in the habit of using throughout the day. The practical questions that prompt you to think down certain specific paths are really good at triggering memories and experiences long forgotten. Very real-world and down-to-earth instead of the typical academic claptrap so common these days in publications of this category. And the physical high-quality notebook and spiral binding really make it easy to use. Well worth the price. I can envision this item lasting a lifetime!

Great concept, cute cover, but not good enough for gift giving
I love the concept of a gratitude journal and this one had a very cute cover, but I didn’t love the quality. Even for a good price, I didn’t feel good giving this as a gift so I ended up returning it.

Great gratitude journal
I began gratitude journaling over a year ago. I purchased my first gratitude journal on Amazon and adapted it to last a year. My current journal (that I am reviewing) was purchased on Amazon also and is being adapted to last perhaps a year. I answer 2 questions, write my positive affirmation for the day (from a book purchased on Amazon) and then write my gratitude on the first half of the page. I follow the same procedure for the second day. On the third day, I use a yellow post it note for my gratitude and write my positive affirmation on a post it note. I find this different from my first gratitude journal but it can be adapted. It is opening my mind to different things to be grateful for. I do recommend this journal.

Very user friendly
I found myself being very negative about life. This has helped me start my day with more positive thoughts. It only takes a few minutes each day. And while some days the questions seem repetitive, it allows for reflection on all the things I’m grateful for. I’m a super busy person who pretty much lives out of my oversized backpack. This book rides around in my bag getting beat on by whatever I shove in or take out several times a day, but still, the book looks as good as new. Solid quality.

I bought this to replace my 5 minute journal when the pages ran out. I like that the prompts for everyday are different so it actually makes you reflect and think of things you have to be grateful for.

Diario ben fatto , un aiuto per gli adolescenti per pensare positivo e cercare il lato positivo su accadimenti quotidiani. Da un buon spunto di riflessione

I brought this journal on a friendâs recommendation. I must say this is one of the best habit to start. It will transform your life and train your mind to think in positive ways possible and how you can heal by feeling grateful about everything you have in your life.

Im new to journalling and this really makes a great start to my day with my morning coffee. Some really lovely daily prompts to make you think and always brings a smile and warms my heart thinking of all the good. Love the quotes and affirmations. Easy to add into morning routine as it only takes 5mins ish minutes (more when I really have to think or reminisce of memories made). A beautiful book and bought for friends for xmas now too.
