Simple way to focus on positive aspects of your life
I recently started using this journal and Iâm really enjoying it. The journal is well designed with thoughtful prompts that encourage reflection and gratitude. Each page is meant to be filled out twice a day, it shifts my mindset to be more positive.It became a part of my daily routine, super easy to use, now I start and end my day on grateful note. The journal is nicely sized, paper is thick and durable, the ink doesnât blend through. At this price itâs a great value considering the positive impact it had on my life.

Excellent gratitude journal
This journal is beautiful, well-made, and very useful in terms of mindfulness and gratitude. The paper quality is thick and smooth, the cover is sturdy, and the planner overall is very aesthetically pleasing. I love being able to track different elements of mental wellness daily, and this journal makes it easy to do so. I highly recommend this gratitude journal.

Good, but not GREAT like other Papier products
I’ve ordered a few different products from Papier now, and have come to really like their products. Overall, they seem to put a lot of thought and effort into the layout and functionality of their journals. The quality is always superb. This is the first one that disappointed me a bit- the paper quality is just not as high as the others I’ve gotten from them- and I am not a huge fan of the layout and guided writing style in this book. However, that’s not to say it won’t be good.. and I will definitely still use it. Mostly, I just wish the pages were laid out differently with more space for writing. Thata being said, if you’re someone who is attempting to start a “Gratitude journal” and you’re not super long winded, this is a great option as it’s focused and to the point- very “bite sized” in that it won’t take you more than 5-10 minutes to fill out each day and would be a perfect starting place.Mostly docked one star b/c of the paper quality and the book cover had a dent in it as well.

I love this gratitude journal, it’s set up to be split into a few simple prompts for a morning and evening entry. When I started journaling years ago this was what helped me establish the habit, it’s a great gift for someone who wants to get into it but isn’t sure where to start.

A Great Way To Be More Mindful
I am in love with the simplicity of these journals and the gratitude journal is another great addition to my collection.The book in hardcover feels great, and the prompts on the inside help you to be mindful. There are more creative ways of expressing yourself inside that help put feelings into words, so to speak.By itself, it is also just lovely to look at and is very well made so it would fit well in any bookshelf as well.

Beautiful! Versatile!
These are beautiful and “papery” journals. Not only are they versatile, they have the wonderful warm touch and smell of paper — in sharp contrast to the cold bits, swipes and clicks of modernity. Writing tends to de-rev the mind, giving time for contemplation and perspective. Artists might find it a lovely sketch or study pad. If nothing more, this can be meditative and even cathartic.

Mostly good prompts with nice quality binding and ribbon bookmark
This is a very nicely designed journal. It is hardcover with beautiful paper and a ribbon bookmark. Unfortunately, the end of the binding on mine was crushed and damaged somewhat, but it is still usable. It has a bunch of morning and evening prompts and ideas of how to be more mindful and grateful and helping you record that each day. I liked most the little sayings, but some border on being really self-centered. I would say for a mature person, this would not be a problem. For someone who borders on being more self-centered, it might be more of a problem. Some of the motivational sayings just are over the top for me (like saying “I’m awesome” all the time and “I’m great just the way I am”) which may promote selfishness if taken the wrong way. However, it still could promote being grateful, just take it for what it’s worth and give it to the right person!
