Really nice to have a warm towel when getting out of the shower on cold morning or nights It fits large towels, fluffy bathrobe, and nightgown easily. There is a canister on lid for a scent tablet. Warms up fast and stays warm for a long time. A warning light reminds of the hot interior while the unit is on

BUYER BEWARE!!!
DO NOT purchase these! I bought 3, two to give as gifts. The heater is moist heat, so the towels were warm when you took them out, then immediately got cold, so had opposite effect of being warm, soothing luxury- it was chilly wet towel. The biggest problem, however, we had to pay to ship them for return, and my husband unknowingly simply did it- and PAID OVER $200 to return them!!! Had I known, we would have kept the dang things. Save yourself the hassle and money- avoid buying a bad product that cost a lot to return. Totally regret this purchase!

I was very excited for this towel warmer and had spent a long time reviewing ones before buying. I’ve been disappointed because the wood accent is extremely cheap looking – much more yellow than a real wood color. The cord is also only a couple feet long. Many bathrooms including mine only have an outlet by the vanity, so it only works if it’s plugged in next to the sink, blocking the door. And lastly, the clothes/towels only stay warm for about 5 seconds once removed. I regret buying.
