Bottom melted and leaked all over desk – DO NOT BUY
It is admittedly a vey beautiful diffuser, however, the two units we purchased for our office space BOTH were defective after about two months of daily use. The bottoms literally melted and the water and oil spilled out all over our desk and electrical appliances. Clearly this is a manufacturing issue since both diffusers we purchased broke in the same manner. Luckily, Amazon was able to rectify this for us but the manufacturer never responded, even though we did reach out to them as well.

DANGEROUS TO USE, 2 Months USE and the bottom melted BEWARE!
Used this in my mothers care facility room for under 2 months, luckily her nurse caught that it was Melted on the bottom and had stopped working, this could have caused a fire, she unplugged it and let me know immediately. I guess that is why they do not warranty it. BUYER BEWARE

Do not be deceived!
The item description and “material” list intentionally leave out the fact that the entire reservoir is made of PLASTIC. So your water and essential oil is not housed in ceramic. If you want a plastic-free diffuser, do not be tricked into buying this one.

It is great while it worked. After only six months just started leaking out of the bottom (would not hold water even while not running). I write very few reviews, but buyer beware I would not let the good looks fool you like it did me!

The light settings on this diffuser are very nice in the bedroom and also for meditation practice. I love the light wood and natural soft white stone ceramic. I did have a concern about the loudness of the diffuser, water seemed to gurgle and sound was loud, I contact customer support for Manufacturer directly, they replied very promptly, after sending a video of the diffuser, they had a replacement sent out, was very professional and efficient service.
