Your most discreet therapy journal for when life gets messy
I have tried cognitive behavioral therapy journaling techniques before but this one takes it to the next level. The guided prompts are thoughtfully laid out, making it so much easier to unpack my thoughts without overthinking what to write. The paper quality and binding are top notch, it feels sturdy, like itâs meant to hold the weight of everything Iâm working through. Plus the design is simple and clean, so no one would guess itâs where I document my anxious, messy, and not-so-pretty moments. Itâs like having a private therapist in book form.

Good Guided Anxiety Journal with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Socratic Techniques. This Journal promotes mindfulness and self-awareness by guiding you through CBT techniques. It’s a black stitched leather covered journal. It tries to help you establish healthier thought patterns and habits. It is portable and convenient. It has daily prompts to provoke enough thought to fill out the questions they ask. It has a good layout but it’s just not something that will help me. I’m all for positive thinking and self reflection but this format doesn’t seem to reach me. I didn’t get much good out of this journal but I can see where some people would.
