Works great a year and a half later
I purchased my first of these warmers a year and a half ago and it still works great, keeps towels nice and hot and dosent show wear and tear like a white towel warmer does

Towel Warmer Cabinet
Purchased this for a new Barber shop that we opened. It warms the towels up, it’s exactly what we were looking for and the price was good. I hope it last long. No disappointments here so far.

Broke in 5 Months
I purchased this in October after my last one broke down. It was from a different company and lasted five years, but they arenât available anymore. Unlike other reviews, I had no problem with the towels getting hot. They were actually too hot and would burn my finger tips, but I managed. After using it for just 5 months, the front door cracked. Itâs still somewhat usable, but itâs loud when I open and shut it, which is bad for the clients.

This hot cabi is stylish and everything works well. It does take longer to heat up, and doesnât get too hot like some other brands. Iâm happy with it for my personal use, but I would get a hotter temp cabi for professional use.

I purchased this item to use in my home spa business. For the amount I paid, I am very disappointed by the appearance of it. I am pretty sure it was a returned item and repackaged. Even though it was wrapped, it was scratched, scuffed and dirty. The plastic security wrap was built right into the frame so when peeling it off, bits are left behind. Even the bottom of the item has scratches and a weird blue line. It is not an item that I want to display out in the public for my clients to see.I haven’t used it yet to say how it keeps the towels, but it is definitely not an item I will put out for people to see. Very disappointed with the esthetic of it.
