What a great item. I really love the way it provides more of the essential oil scent. Itâs a sleek design and works really well. Now this is different than a normal diffuser, so expect that. But itâs worth it. The way you can see the essential oil vapor leaving the device. The pure smell. Itâs really wonderful itâs worth the switch from those water down diffusers. Plus the company is really wonderful to work with. Had a slight problem with the first one told the finally and they had a new one to me before I could even set the other one down, talk about great customer service. No problems with the replacement. Great job! Two thumbs up.

Excellent Customer Service. Stopped Working
Color: Black-wood GrainI absolutely love my diffuser, itâs the Best diffuser I have ever owned. After several months the unit stopped working, only the light will turn on, I contacted the seller, I got a prompt response, the seller suggested to troubleshoot the unit but it did not help. I am giving 5 Stars review because this seller immediately shipped a brand new diffuser. I am definitely satisfied with the product, and with the excellent customer service provided. I received the replacement unit and started it up right away and it is working perfectly. Thank you so much, I am a very happy customer.

Only lasts about a month.
Pretty upset, for the price I paid, this should last longer than a few weeks to a month. Works great then suddenly doesn’t work at all. Very disappointed.

Better than expected!
Just in the past few years Iâve been becoming more and more aware of the scents that surround me on a daily basis and how poisonous they are. My husband is a fan of âsmell goodsâ, knowing that theyâre harmful to our healthy, I hate them now. Thatâs when I decided to meet in the middle and scent out home with healthier options, essentially oils. I diffuser with the usual water diffusers, but then I started to become aware of mold being in the air, and thatâs when I discovered nebulizer diffusers that donât use water. I found this one after searching for the best one.I was skeptical at first. Decided to give this one a try and I LOVE IT! It was very easy to put together and use. Definitely need the big bottles of oils and there needs to be enough to touch the bottom of the glass tube. Turn the knob far to the right to see it blowing the oil and release the vapor. The vibration does make it audible, but not so much it canât be ignored. The scent is strong enough to fill my townhouse and I love that thereâs a timer so itâs not continuous as that could become too strong and youâre only suppose to diffuse for an hour before taking a break. Iâm very happy I gave this diffuser a try. And itâs pretty! The light is perfect and resembles a candle, which I donât burn anymore either! Give this diffuser a try!

Don’t buy this one. It worked a few days then stopped producing mist unless I turn the dial each time I want mist. The mist I do get smells great is why I gave it three stars. I’m disabled and its very difficult to get out to UPS return this item so I would need to pay $7.95 to have it picked up at my house to return it. Nah. I don’t recommend this item.EDIT: The company contacted me and offered a partial refund.

I like this diffuser a lot because I was looking for a waterless one so that I wouldn’t have to keep emptying it and cleaning it. This one is perfect because all you do is add the essential oil. Also, it shuts off automatically after I think 2 hours which is good because then it won’t have to be running all night. My diffuser part just stopped working all of a sudden (bought mine last December) so only the light part was working. I contacted the seller and they agreed to send me a brand new diffuser! No questions asked, no pictures asked! Only question was my name and address… Now THAT’S customer service!ð

Itâs pretty but not efficient
Iâve used essential oils for over 30 years. Iâm very familiar with nebulizers/diffusers, etc. itâs a very pretty unit, but doesnât work very well. This must have a minimum of 30 drops to produce the aroma but there is only a strong stream the first time. Every cycle after the first, I hear it, but see nothing. Iâm sitting right next to it now, and hear the mechanism start, but see nothing, and smell very little. I am not using thick oils. From the reviews, it seems quite a few of these are defective. Using 30 drops of my organic oils every day for little benefit is wasteful. It is very pretty with the light on.
