About the Author
Jared Graybeal’s mission is to encourage, educate, and empower others to live happier, healthier lives. He is a NASM-certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist, behavioral change specialist, CrossFit Level 3 trainer, and corrective exercise specialist with an education in marketing and psychology from the University of North Florida.
Jared owns and operates E3 Business & Sports, a business consulting and sports marketing agency. Prior to its sale in March of 2021 to Muscle Maker Grill (GRIL), he was the founder and CEO of Superfit Foods, a healthy, subscription-based, fully-customizable meal prep company that was exhibited at Forbes Under 30. Additionally, he delivered a TEDx Talk on nutrition and mental health. Jared brings a unique perspective as a young entrepreneur who has packed a lot of experience into a short time. Inspired by Benjamin Franklin’s quote, “If you would not be forgotten as soon as you are dead and rotten, either write things worth reading or do things worth writing,” Jared wrote The Self Help Book to share his insights with the world. He believes in lifelong learning, goal-setting, and the power of building connections.
