Keeps my towels warms
Keeps my towels nice and warm and makes my bathroom feel like spa. Love getting out the shower and having a nice warm towel to keep me cozy if you are looking for one this is definitely a great value and compact so it fits in any bathroom easily without stress. It has many different features and honestly does a great job.

Does not heat well
I looked for a towel warmer that was large and got really warm. We have a hot tub outside and it’s winter so having a hot towel ready seemed great. It advertises 185 degrees, After over an hour of running it was at 102 degrees steady. I noticed there was a gap around the lid so I even placed a towel over the top to seal off the lid. I thought maybe the uv light running at the same took power away from the heater so I shut that off. Never got any hotter. While 102 is warm, and feels good, it gets cold very quick vs if it was 140, it would stay warmer longer. They offered to let me return it but then I won’t have one at all, and it’s currently out of stock so I’m just dealing with a partially good item.It is fairly quiet and easy to use. I like the little pouch in the lid. I added eucalyptus oil to It to give it a spa like smell. If it would heat properly, I’d 100% recommend it, but since that is the main purpose of it, and it falls short in that category, it loses points.Also, it came with a sticker of some sort and have no idea where it goes. This seems to be a common question.

Awesome Warmer
Pretty happy overall with this towel warmer. I can fit 2-3 towels in there at one time. It comes with hooks so you can hang other things in there. You can set it on a schedule which is helpful. I love having warm towels when getting out of the shower so I’m pretty happy overall!

Does not heat towels well
I was looking forward to this because I used to have a different towel warmer that eventually stopped working after many good years of use. This one takes too long to heat up and whatever is inside doesn’t come out feeling very warm at all. I followed the instructions for setup and even the 2 hour setting at its maximum heat setting doesn’t heat up the towels beyond a few patches of barly warm, and most of the towel remains cold. This unit has instructions stating to hang the towel on the provided hooks inside, and not to let the towel cover the center part. That makes it so only a tiny wash cloth sized face towel would fit because any normal bath towel would cover the part in the middle that it says not to cover. So it’s a real piece of junk and I don’t recommend it. I am going to buy one like my old Brookstone unit again.

Lid doesn’t seem to close all the way so it did heat up the bathroom as well.
See headline. Still ended up with a warm towel after 12 minutes. Felt sooo good after a hot shower.

Set up timer not easy. Barely can hold two towels. Need st least 30 minutes to heat one towel.
