You won’t get enough
In order to get the benefits of hemp seed oil you’d probably want to take at least a tablespoon a day. To get a tablespoon worth of hemp seed oil you’d need to take about 10 pills a day. For most people I think this will be too many.This pill form may come in handy if you are dealing with some acute inflammation. But in general to get the benefits of hemp oil it would probably make more sense to buy the oil.

Much better than melatonin, without the groggy next-day lag.A side bonus is that it’s great for getting rid of sinus and chest congestion!The gel-pills are a bit large, but gulp down with water. A bit of an after-taste, but don’t let it sit on the tongue, just gulp fast.Side effect, for me, is I’m not stressed the next day; things that normally irritate me don’t bother. So relaxed!Maybe there’s more benefits with this hemp oil, but the few off the top already earns it’s price.Recommend!
