LOVE my Airome diffuser! This is the third ceramic Airome diffuser (decorative ceramic outer shell) that I have purchased, and each one runs perfectly. I like to set mine on the intermittent mist, and it automatically turns OFF once the water runs out. Nowâ¦.maybe I need just one more!! 😀

I got the white “botanical” design, and I love it! Easy to use, and I like the different settings. It’s not real powerful with the aroma, but I have 2 in the living room so that doesn’t really matter.

This little machine is the bomb. QUALITY. Runs 24 hours, indicator lights so it’s easy to use and you can see what you’re selecting, unlike others that just have buttons that you press once, twice, and then hope for the best. Don’t waste your money on cheaper ones, this is worth the price.

Was great until it fell from 12 inches high.
So, I must admit, I didn’t think it would happen to me but it did. The plug inadvertently got caught in my nightstand’s door and just like that, it broke into 5 different pieces. I was heartbroken to say the least. I almost threw everything out until I realized you don’t need the decorative outer shell in order to operate the device! (Yay!)I feel like the essential oils don’t last as long. Could just be the quality of the oils I am using though but DoTerra is a pretty solid brand. Additionally, sometimes, I simply can’t smell the essential oil at all! Again, not sure why that is but I didn’t have this problem with my previous diffuser. Maybe mine was slightly defective (or refurbished), who knows but it is absolutely gorgeous. And, when I can smell the oils, I quite like it!

SO DISAPPOINTED!!!
This diffuser is beautiful and the perfect size, however, it only worked for 2 hours then turned off. The water level was only down a quarter inch but each time I turned it in, it just beeped and turned off immediately. After a few hours I was able to turn it back on but it stopped again after an hour. I attempted to contact seller but it took a rocket scientist to figure out how! Iâm not stupid and I spend thousands and thousands each year on Amazon. Ive never had such a difficult time contacting a seller so I just gave up. This is my first negative feedback, EVER. I feel bad but this is ridiculous! I work hard for my money and it makes me mad when Iâm sold junk! So bummed!!! I guess I need to start my search again for the âperfect â diffuser because THIS one deffinately isnât it! Wish it worked!!
