Great towel warmer and amazing customer service
We went through several floor towel warmers before buying this one and they all had issues either with the quality or parts were missing or they were made from cheap aluminum.These towel warmers are great: easy to assemble, and made from actual stainless steel.Customer service is also amazing. When we received one of the towel warmers that had problem with the foot, customer service was quick to reply and address the issueIâm not sure where the negative reviews are coming from but we already have 3 towel warmers like this and are very happy with the product.

It constantly turns off on its own. And it isnât sturdy at all but leans to the side which looks crazy. Only heats the towels on the top bar.

This towel warmer was a piece of junk. Looked nice, easy to assemble, but didn’t work! It constantly shut off after about an hour and it didn’t matter which of the three controls you pushed, it always shut off after an hour. Piece of junk.

Wide enough for 2 bath towels
Wide enough to fit 2 bath towels side by side. Unit looks great and does excellent job of drying the towels. Another important feature is that the legs provide sufficient support so that the unit does not fall over. This warmer replaced another brand that stopped working after many years.

Previous towel rack was prone to overheating, this one brings peace of mind! Not only can you set it to go off in 4 or 8 hours, but it has a sensitive overheating function that will prevent towels from drying out or changing color from heat. One note: two very large bath sheets cannot be placed on this rack, as they will prompt the overheating shut-down.Small glitch: this is super easy to put together, but the feet don’t seem to screw onto the main unit in a perfectly straight line . . .
