Lasts a very long time!
Love the quiet operation of this diffuser. It lasts so long! Couple of things to know; the power on switch is really in need of revamping. You have to pick up the device and squeeze basically from front to back if you will, to get it to power on. Itâs not just a touch on like it should be. Also there is no definitive fill to here line, and if you over fill it, it will not power on. At least that has been my experience. But it really lasts a very long time on just a small amount of water.

Not working after 5 months
I chose this one because of the economical price and the simple design. I was disappointed. It worked well at first, although the gimmicky power “button” was, well, a gimmick. After 5 months, the power button stopped responding. Sometimes the diffuser will randomly turn on, run for 15 seconds, and then shut off, all without me doing anything. When I first plug it in, it blinks red and then won’t do anything. I’ve cleaned the diffuser, but it still won’t work.Fortunately Amazon support was helpful in giving me a refund.

I used this in my car while I drove Uber. Air fresheners are toxic and are to be used in open spaces. I don’t want to inhale crap for hours so I bought this and some NOW essential oils instead. It has a USB so I was able to connect it to my car it works great when you follow the directions. Resist your “natural and organic” urge to use filtered, purified or bottled water or it won’t steam. Tap works, other water does not. Also warm water works best. If it’s cold I won’t steam until the water warms up. It is and works exactly as described. And it fit almost perfectly in the cup holder of 2 cars

Perfect for an RV or camper
This tiny little diffuser really worked well and for a long time. We used it to keep our 24 foot RV fresh and it really worked. I wasnt sure at first because the stream of vapor is very small but in a small enough space I think it’s great. The only issue we had was the on/off button is flush with the unit so you cant tell when you press it unless you see the light come on but thats minor.

Does not work! Does not even turn on!! Useless!!
Received item and it does not work. Does not even turn on at all!! Apparently it’s a non returnable item. Completely dissatisfied!Since i cannot return to amazon and seller still has not replied to my inquiry, i bought another one at a retailer thinking i could return the one that didn’t work… that one did not have a cord in the box!! I am done with NOW altogether! Will no longer even purchase their oil.
