This a great daily moisturizer. It is lightweight and long lasting. It leaves the skin moisturized and worth the purchase.

Finally! A moisturizer that doesn’t make me break out!
So I’ve been struggling with acne for 4 years and it doesn’t show any signs of going away soon… But as anyone with acne knows, we try tons of different products in hopes that it will be *the one* that banishes our acne forever (we can dream). Anyways, I’ve tried many moisturizers, including the other neutrogena ones. This is the ONLY moisturizer I’ve used that does not breakout my skin. The only thing I will say is that it is not a very powerful moisturizer. If you have dry skin or flaky spots, this will not do much to help. In those cases, I opt for a stronger moisturizer. But this is perfect for daily use – it’s light and refreshing. It does have a somewhat strong fragrance at first, but I like the smell and it fades quickly so I don’t mind.Also, for any fellow acne sufferers I’ll tell you what has always made me breakout with moisturizers, and maybe this can help you:-Unfortunately, ANY SPF lotion irritates my skin and leads to breakouts. I don’t know why, maybe I just have sensitive skin.-A lot of moisturizers with oil make me breakout. I’m not saying oil is evil though! I know there’s a few oils that are very good for your skin, but honestly I’m too scared to try them because I finally found a routine that has cleared up most of my acne. If you’re interested, I’ve heard tea tree oil is good.-Additionally, very creamy consistency moisturizers usually lead to a breakout for me too. I don’t know what it is, but I’m guessing it’s an ingredient that is similar in all of them.(And if anyone is wondering how I cleared up my acne, I wash my face with a gentle cleanser at night and moisturize right away! While my face still has some dew on it, that’s the best time to. I then put a VERY thin layer of benzoyl peroxide gel on my problem areas (It dries out skin easily!) In the morning I wash my face with a salicylic acid wash and so far, all of my pimples (I usually have 8-12 at a time) have vanished and now I only have 2! )

Add it into your routine gradually!
I initially applied the moisturizer twice a day, but within two days, I experienced a burning sensation, extreme dryness, and peeling. I stopped using it but didn’t discard it. Later, I reintroduced it gradually—first every other day, then once daily, and eventually twice a day. It helps control oil, but if you have extra-sensitive skin, it’s best to introduce it slowly to avoid irritation. I’m not a fan of the scent.

Clears my skin of scars or blemish marks
This is not just a moisturizer – this one product, perhaps more than any of the others I regularly use – helps my skin appear clearer and brighter, more free of scars or marks. I do like its moisturizing effects, but it’s the noticeably brighter and clearer skin that I really appreciate when I use this regularly. I’ve used it for years, and I believe it’s the gentle effect of the salicylic acid that makes the difference for me. For awhile, I tried doing without it, because sometimes you get accustomed to something and take it for granted; as soon as I realized how dull my skin was without it, I began using it regularly again, and my skin began appearing more smooth and bright again! It really has made a difference in my skin, and now I never want to be without it. It works better than so many other more expensive products – it’s crazy how well this works! And it’s reasonably-priced.
