Great customer service!
Purchased this towel warmer nine months ago and it stopped working, so I reached out to Customer Service to ask for a replacement. To my surprise, Ivy from Customer Service responded promptly and shipped a replacement within several days and asked that I return the non-functioning warmer back and will reimburse the shipping cost. Communication was prompt and professional.

Fell apart in 6 weeks
Received this towel warmer on February 7th. It is used in my salon between only myself and one other stylist. Very light, normal, daily use to keep our neck towels warm for clients.We noticed a small crack on the outside of the towel warmer near the bottom in the first week. Over the next few weeks it has gradually all fallen a part and pieces have broken off. Now the latch door is hanging on by a single screw. I know towel warmers are not meant to last forever, but I expected it to last longer than 6 weeks. Will not buy again.

Small but perfect for small business
I give 4 stars only because it doesnât get as hot as I wished. I waited one hour to test and towels were still just barely warm. As an esthetician, my clients really come fir the hot towel experience. My former teacher gave me an idea to warm my towels in the microwave and put them in the warmer to keep warm. Great idea but not what I expected to have to do.
