Biblical truths, and Professional Counseling put together!
This journal is going to be great! I have only completes 2 days, but I know it will be helpful. So much of day to day struggles is because of faulty thought patterns, or belief systems. This Journal give prompts to key spiritual truths that challenge many of the lies that play on my tape… God has shown me through my years as a believer, the more I can change the tape to line up with his word the more freedom, and peace I have! The enemy wants us to keep playing, and listening to the same tape so he can keep us in his mental prison. the enemy had us in a jail cell, but God came and put the keys in our hands. The enemy doesn’t want us to know we can get up and unlock the door and walk into the life God has promised for us! PTL for Jesus. The Lord’s grace is truly amazing. He gave everything for us because of His love when He owed us nothing, and we had made ourselves enemies toward him…If you haven’t yet place your trust in Jesus as your Savior today! It is the best decision I have ever made! God Bless you!

A solid Mental Health resource rooted in Biblical Truth
It’s hard to find solid mental health resources that are also rooted in Biblical truths! Cathleen Bearse has created something that is the best of both worlds. The prompts are thought provoking without being overwhelming and the wide range of topics covered means it’s something I will come back to time and time again.

Beautiful way to journal and connect to God
I love how simplistic the journal prompts are while making you think and reflect. I love the connection to scripture. The design of the book is also beautiful. Cathleen shares her knowledge as an MSW and her faith.

    Simple Truths!
Mental Health Journal for Christians is a fabulous book to find a few minutes a day to jump into and find biblical truths about who we are in Christ. No matter who we are, where we have been, or what we have been through/are going though- our hearts long to know the truth that God sees us, cares for us, loves us, and is with us. Through scripture and a short response, Cathleen reminds us of who we are in Jesus and gives a challenge or a way to respond to a verse with adequate room to write.I found the journal effective to jumpstart my day in a simple way of reading a truth and responding through heart and mind in writing a response. The mornings are busy here so to set aside a few minutes in response was easy enough! This is a fabulous journal that starts a simple practice of prioritizing the Lord and yourself in the crazed world we live in with loud voices and busy calendars. The responses were all very creative and verses were so appropriately chosen to speak to my heart.Highly recommend Cathleen’s book!(I was provided an advanced copy of the book by the publisher to read).
