EXCELLENT! Especially for seniors & those with chronic health conditions.
VERY thorough.Literally almost every question a doctor could possibly have for you, you can pre-answer in this book. The only things I wish there was more room for was blood pressure monitoring. We’re supposed to track 3 times daily & there’s not enough space for that. Also, there’s no spot for how much insulin was given after tracking blood sugar. That’s an important one to endocrinologists that I would love to see added.I’m not going to lie, filling it out is a frustrating experience (If you’re filling it out for someone who’s had major medical issues for years or is a senior citizen). They want every bit of your medical information all the way back to your parents histories, but doctors want that too. So if you can deal with the frustration, or break it up & fill it out a section or two at a time, I think you’ll find it highly useful. We brought it to our first appointment with it yesterday & the doctor was very impressed & said she had to ask sooooo many less questions because of the book.

    Life changing
I was diagnosed with Pernicious Anemia last year and have been prescribed monthly B-12 shots (forever lol). I also have ADHD so its a nightmare trying to organize my life and remember when to take my shot. This little planner is incredible. It has everything you could need and more for medical usage! I also just use it as a regular planner for day to day things. Love it!!!

    Thick, handy planner
This is a very handy planner. It is a lot thicker than I thought it would be and I think that is in part because the pages themselves are thicker, almost like card stock. It is a yearly planner and includes space for a fill in month portion as well as pages for other helpful data like blood pressure and medications. I bought this planner for my mother. She loves the color and ease of use. She also loves comes with fun stickers and page holders!

Directions oddly didn’t fit in the envelope lol
Really feels nice, some journal brands the cover feels… Ick… This brand has been fabulous to use, doesn’t smell weird either.Color is correct, lots of options and the pill tracker even had enough room for all my pills without me having to washi tape index cards in as flaps to hold the restMy gripe, and it’s minor… The instructions are so good but, they don’t fit in the back pocket, so I’ll add an extra envelope to hold it and Dr visit print outs..I’d like to get more stickers but I don’t see any for this journal as refill or something. It’s very nice, stickers are good, page doesn’t bleed through using:Paper mate gel red, green, black (I haven’t tried other colors but I figured if black was fine then the rest will be)Rite in the rain hmm black? It’s dark, I have the small orange penAir press I think tombow, no issues, black ink pretty sure or dark blueA pressurized uniball? I think, red no issuesYeah I use a lot of pens lolBut directions not fitting in the book’s own envelope was disappointing lol, and unable to find more stickers. Minor grips, book is fabulous!

Good for someone who likes a lot of detail
I hope I can return this. I am 86 and all I wanted was someplace to keep track of appointments and make comments about what happened. This has you recording all your meds and your blood pressure, every medical event in your life! Also all your expenses, every symptom, tracking your habits and your goals. I guess if you are a detail person, and type A, you might like this. I don’t! I made a wrong choice, so if I can’t return it, I will give it away.

Perfect to track and keep medical info!
This is a must have for anyone that has a lot of appointments or is needing to track medical info. It was such a blessing to have this for my mom! The only thing I’d like to see different is tabs to separate different sections. I added my own tabs and works perfectly

Too much of this too little of that
Update: I’m so impressed by this seller! They reached out about my review and offered a full refund and hoped I would try them again. I do think the book has a lot of great qualities, it just isn’t what I was hoping for. I will certainly shop with them again given their genuine interest in the feedback they get from customers. For this, I’m updating from 3 to 5 stars. Amazing customer service!Of course we all need something a little different and they can’t please everyone. But I don’t know who needs 6 pages of med logs a month and doesn’t keep track of those pills in an app so they don’t have to write them all down every day. Meanwhile, space for only 2 doctors visits a month and I often have more than that. Books that put the meds all in one place tend to just give you one set of questions for each med (start, end, side effects questions capture the meat of it). That said I do like having everything for one month in one place because it gives me permission to be imperfect once here and once there, which is tough for me when I’m constantly reminded of errors when I have to look at it all at once.Reviews are pretty positive about the appearance but I was disappointed and I’m probably going to be a 40 yo with a notebook covered in silly contact paper because the metallic sheen just says 7th grader to me. Sorry folks who like that but it just isn’t for me.The stickers are a nice thought but kind of random. I see 3 different stickers that are all implying something about meds, 2 different stickers for medical appointments. It’s just weird. I’d rather have 20 of the same little sticker. And while I’m on the subject, what on earth are the rectangle shaped stickers supposed to be for? The blanks and the ones with the days of the week. I have no ideas and don’t see anyone talking about them in their review and haven’t noticed them actually used in any of the marketing shots. I can see how they might be used in other notebooks but not this one.Overall I get that I have a lot of complaints but I’m genuinely looking forward to using this. But I do think I’m going to have to add a few dozen tabs first so I don’t have to dedicate an hour a day to paging through this thing.
