    From start to finish, the book/journal is well designed. Not only is it a lovely book, it serves to assist with how to deal with anxiety and stress.     The Peace Method is a 60 day guided journal with prompts, affirmations, and coping techniques for people who have anxiety. It’s straightforward and offers a variety of strategies for bringing about inner peace. The one thing that I think detracts from this book is the choice to use a green color for some of the pages with the text in white. The sizing is small, so this makes it somewhat challenging for me to easily read it. It may not bother other readers, but it bothers me. Other than that, the information is not really new, but it can be helpful if people with anxiety choose to use this tool to help bring about inner peace. The journal can help you be more aware of what you’re focusing on day to day and you can use that to adjust your frame of mind.
