Looks nice and gets plenty warm
I like how this looks in the bathroom. The amount is very sturdy and the polished metal is a nice addition. The control is programmable for both time and temperature. The only issue, is this is a bit tricky to install. I would expect that any fixed mounted towel warmer would have the same level of difficulty. In our case, we were having some additional electrical work done at our house so we had the electrician install a box so I could hardwire the towel warmer. If you do this, be sure you wire it to an outlet that has ground fault protection.We have used this now for a couple of months and I would say it works as advertised. It has been a great addition to our bathroom.Also, depending on how you fold your towels, it may not totally dry a towel. If there’s not some air movement in the room, the tile may still stay damp. In our case, sometimes we have to refold the towel so that the inside of the towel is now on the outside. The towel gets plenty warm, but if there is not adequate air circulation in the room, it may not fully dry.All in all, we are very happy with the unit, how it looks, and how it works.

Good product, great service.
Changing to 5 stars since the manufacturer came through with the warranty claim. I have not installed the product yet (will soon) but tested it by plugging in and everything works the the towel rack seems to warm up well. Thanks to the willingness and help from P&B Husri I now have a working towel rack warmer and am very happy with the overall experience.

Nice warmer
Been using it for 2 weeks now, does what it should, warms and dries the bath towels.Works best if you start it 1/2 hr or more before you get into the shower for a nice warm towel.Nicely made and looks good if you could see it, 2 towels cover almost the entire rack.Directions are not good, directly wired mine

Half height, mounted on wall
This review is for the half height version. The heat is adequate for drying towels and the daily use wash cloths. The install is not the easiest, but once done, the rack will support even the wettest of towels. Recommended for utility.

We love it
I have had several of these towel warmers over the years. This is the first one that I attached directly to the wall. It has a lot of the features that I absolutely wanted. For one, you can leave it on all the time. Two, you can adjust the heat temperature. I have it set to three, which is in the middle, and it is on 24 hours a day. I do not take showers at the same time everyday, so I love that the next time I take a shower, the towel is totally dry. Three, this will absolutely dry your towels. Most people reviewing these products seem to think that the towel warmer is meant for you to use it as some Four Seasons Hotel spa towel warmer. It is not that. This device is intended to dry out your towels so that they do not smell. If you set this one at the highest setting, your towel will be very warm to the touch, but people are under the impression that the towel should be piping hot. That is not what this rack is designed to do. Again, this is designed to dry out your towel completely so that when you get out of the shower, you have a dry and warm towel. This device does that perfectly. Believe it or not, we had it hung to the wall the first time completely even and straight. They do not provide a template, but I suggest you do what we did. The box is bigger than the towel rack itself, so we imprinted the wall brackets directly on to the cardboard box and then held the box up against the wall. We then made sure that everything was level and drilled right through the center of the wall bracket imprints. We then removed the cardboard and hung the towel rack right where we had drilled the holes. It worked the first time!

Hard to install, Cheap Hardware
Just installed , so not sure how well it works. But what I do know that installation is a nightmare !First , they do not provide a template for the mounting holes. Instead they only provide measurements listed in One Thousandth of an inch ! Second, the provided dry wall mounting screws were flimsy and could not provide support (needed to buy some decent mounts on my own). Third, the set screws used to secure the unit to the mounts are tiny, nearly impossible to insert and easily lost.

Looks nice on the wall but ….
The best thing I can say about this is it looks like a nice, modern towel rail. As far as function goes, it’s pretty useless. Firstly, the rail hangs too close to the wall, so it’s difficult to get more than 1 towel to hang on it. If you have thick towels, forget it. The heating function will not warm anything beyond the thinnest material even at max setting, even if you have it on for the maximum 6 hours. The heating temp and timing mechanism is kind of difficult to use as well. We’ve gone back to using the bucket style towel warmer and just use this as a regular towel rail.

Does not make the towels nicely warm
Did not work for us, had a couple of other before this one that we preferred. Customer service was great though, very attentive and fair to our needs after contacted.
