    Great Journal!
    There are spaces for gratitude, affirmation, reflection and thoughts and feelings. I also use it for a food diary. I’m trying to track my mood and this is perfect!!

    I’ve been using this journal everyday for a couple weeks now and i absolutely think it makes a difference in my mental health.     Selling point for me: I liked the different prompts at the end of each day – many journals don’t have that. You have your daily prompts that are the always the same but there’s a new thoughtful question/ prompt per day. Made well. .
