really helps with my manifestation and gratitude journey
I got this book to help me with manifesting and healing. This book has shown me that practicing gratitude leads to more things to be grateful for. So far, this book has helped me become more present in my life, as I now notice more and more things in my everyday life that I am truly grateful for. This book reminds me to slow down and actually practice the act of acknowledging and being thankful for the things in my life I already have. I am only halfway through but it has done wonders for my mental health and is a great addition to anyone on their manifestation journey.
