    This is a guide to journaling written by a nurse offering helpful pages throughout “A Holistic Self-Care Journey”. My first impression when my package arrived and I opened it was: “Wow, the package was wrapped so carefully that even the internal box that held it was protected from harm. Then, I opened upthe box holding the hardback journal and was touched and wanted to look at it’s beautiful cover and just feel it’s softness for a bit before opening the pages! It’s soft, colorful, and pleasant to open up. It guides encouragingly with minimal daily time. I am rewarded with personal growth and new perspectives of myself. I will gift this lovely journal to my friends and relatives.

    Awesome variety – more than just a journal!
    The journal itself and the packaging it came in are so aesthetically beautiful, it felt like opening a present when it arrived (on-time by the way). I prefer to do stream-of-consciousness journaling and there are plenty of spaces for that. The prompts have also been great tools for digging deeper and thinking about things I wouldn’t have on my own. LOVE the coloring pages and quotes, this journal serves me in so many ways, definitely a great purchase 🙂 Highly recommend!!!

    This book came packaged so beautifully. I didn’t want to open it and ruin it! This book has questions that will make you think and really dive deep to help your healing journey. The coloring pages are an added bonus, as that is one of the ways I “meditate”. Great price. I would really recommend this for someone who needs guidance on their self care journey!
