Symphony by Odass
The Symphony chrome towel warmer comes with an integrated 3-mode timer: ON / OFF, 2h and 4h. It will stop heating after its cycle. It allows towels to be dried and will allow you to use your towel for a longer period, all with low energy consumption.
It has 9 bars and a shelf. It has a power of 150 watts, a voltage of 120 volts, a frequency of 60 hz and a weight of 4.5 kg.
PRO TIP: Make sure with a multimeter that the voltage of your electrical outlet or electrical box is 120 Volts. We recommend that our towel warmers be installed by an electrician.
Two installation modes
The towel warmer offers two installation modes: HARDWIRED & PLUG-IN. Both installation kits are included with the purchase of the towel warmer and a complete and simple installation guide is provided. The PLUG-IN installation allows you to plug the electrical plug directly into the electrical outlet.

It has a timer but it is manual so you have to physically turn it on every time you use it
Tbis is a nice enhancement to my bathroom. You do have to turn it on manually but 10 min is enough to make it warm.

popped the GFI
It was pretty and I would have kept it. However, the constructions was a little cheap and there are better for that same price. The other problem is it would immediately pop the GFI and everything in my bathroom would shut down. I tried unplugging other things but even all by itself, it would trip it. I have a large luxurious bathroom built to carry a heavy load. I already have smart toilet, smart mirrors, and some other little stuff. I unplugged EVERYTHING and it still popped. there might have been something wrong with wiring and maybe it was just the one I got. maybe it was defective and the others work just fine. I dont know.

My first electric towel warmer. It does heat up reasonably fast, but it will take quite a long time to warm towels up. It’s more useful as a space heater. I’m not surprised, and I expect all electric towel warmers (that are not always on) to be like that.I was hoping to put it on a connected switch so that I can program it to start at 5am so that towels get warm enough around 7. But that is not possible because of the internal circuitry of Odass integrated timer.If you have the option to get a plumbed towel warmer, go for that. That’s what I grew up with and it’s way better in every way than an electric one.Otherwise, looks good enough, though the metal is very thin and dings easily. I will keep the product and install it in a secondary bathroom. And look for something else in my everyday bathroom.11/2021 update: I installed the towel warmer in hardwire mode.I’m now reducing my rating to 3 stars. Hardwire installation is very cumbersome : there is no template provided to drill your holes, you have to hold the whole thing up and mark screws on the wall. The unit was not square and I had to first attach one side, make sure it was plumb, then force the other side into a square. The hardwire cover plate is difficult to bolt in place because the power cable is coming out so close from the hex head of the bolt.It would generally have been easier setting this up with 2 people. And even easier if the wall already had blocking in the stud cavity.Usage wise, you really need to run it at least 1h ahead to feel any warmth in the towel when you get out of your shower. But at least it dries the towel faster afterwards. But i expect that’s the lot of any rack warmer that is not liquid filled.I sure am glad to have purchased an Amazon Warehouse used version for $180 instead of paying full price for it.

Mine is defective
My towel warmer is missing parts or otherwise defective and could not be installed by my contractor. Because construction was delayed it is now too late to return it.

It must have cost very little to produce this product.Firstly, the packaging contains two metal parts, which are painted, but there is almost no protection, so you receive a product with paint peeling and wear all over it.Secondly, the screws are blocked by the parts, and a screwdriver with a 90-degree turn is required, but it is not included.Thirdly, the cover is meant to cover the screws. However, because the manufacturer is reluctant to use the bottom plate, you can only screw on the cover plate. Not only does the color of the screws not match the paint, but the cover plate scratched by the screws will also rust in the future.If you ask me, this is a stainless steel product, how can it rust? Just take a look at the inside of the steel pipe, isn’t there already rust?

Nous avons reçu le porte serviette brisé, possiblement pendant le transport. Nous avons contacté Odass par la messagerie Amazon, ils ont répondu très rapidement et envoyé la pièce de remplacement, que nous avons pu installer et tout fonctionne très bien maintenant. Le tout a pris moins de 72h !Ce porte serviette est un peu dispendieux, mais le vendeur local et la qualité du service client vaut d’y mettre un peu plus cher.Un gros merci à Odass pour la rapidité et l’efficacité du service client.Le porte serviette en lui même est exactement comme décrit, et s’intègre bien dans la salle de bain. Il chauffe adéquatement les serviettes quand on lui laisse le temps (comme indiqué dans le mode d’emploi).
