Not great for thick towels.
Stylish/attractive towel warmer but does not warm thick towels very well. Only the portion of the towel with direct contact with one of the bars gets warm. Does help with drying the towels after using though.

I have to explain 3 things to understand why I offered 3 star only.1 This electric towel heated, doesn’t have a pattern for installation, then is very hard by the finish to install to be level.2 Doesn’t have a plate we’re is the wire to connected to the electric box,you will see it my picture, needs to have a finish some how..3 I installed the suggested app Tuya,but is not connected to the internet like it supposed to be controlled by phone,so for so many issues for the price I pay.

This bar is very nice. It looks great in my bathroom. They sent me the one that plugs in, which is fine. It was easy to install. It’s sturdy and will hold your towels. It’s easy to use and adjust the heat settings.

Disappointing
Struggled to get it attached to the wall. One of the posts was cracked. Unsure if it occurred in shipping or if the material was poor quality. When on the wall, it wobbled. We even tried to add a small washer to help with it. Loved the look of the item. I wanted this to work badly. It is a great size for my area. Hoping it was just a lemon one. Have reordered one and will let you know.
