    Cute Self motivation & accountability journal
    I recently felt like I had been struggling with a bit of postpartum depression after my daughter’s birth. Finally came to terms that I needed help to start motivating myself and have accountability. Found this book here and amazon and glad I found it. Asks about my daily foods, medications, mood, daily goals, feelings and so much more. Definitely recommended giving this book a try. Helps you plan your day and reflect on it. Helps reminds you to what you’re grateful for and a lot more.

    Great journalling tool
    I got this as a gift and i thought it was kinda jokey but it actually has been really helpful. I had been wanting to journal anyways and i still do but when i dont have the time or energy its nice to just fill this in. It is satisfying and has kept me more consistent with my actual journaling goals.

    Love this Journal!!!!!!
    This tracker, in addition to being useful for recording moods, energy and stress levels, goals and foods or meds, has a different prompt about personal growth and self care for each day at the end of the sheet. It also includes a habits section at the beginning of the book and a 6-month overview sheet to visualize patterns or changes in your moods. I think this journal will be a great gift.

    I bought this mood tracker as a gift and we loved it! It has twice as many sheets as other trackers, it has several patterns on the edges that change throughout the pages and that can be drawn or left blank. The design is cute and easy to follow, it can be filled out quickly and the reflection prompt at the bottom of the page is different on all pages. It is well structured: at the beginning it has instructions and tools to set and keep track of habits and your general mood during the 6 months that the tracker lasts, and at the end, it has an evaluation space to see what you achieved and what you can improve.
