Perfect
Does exactly what I need it to do. I wanted this so I could dry towels off after getting a shower so they wouldn’t sit there all day and maybe end up getting mildewed. It dried a towel in about an hour. Did a good job of warming it up beforehand too.I was wary at first because of some bad reviews but it works great. It gets too hot to touch for even a few seconds so either they got a faulty one or they’re fake reviews from people selling the more expensive ones. Those ones are higher quality metalworking I’m sure but if you don’t need a fancy one, this one should work great

Too small and flimsy
The product is much smaller than the “official” dimensions and pictures make it look. In reality, it fits only a hand towel. If you hang it on the wall, you’ll see that the distance between the wall and the bars is too small so only the thinnest towel will fit, and would be rubbing against the wall, too. The plastic brackets are flimsy and the dowels are too wide for the screws included. Can’t say anything about the electric functionality, as I never tried it: with this size, the rack is simply not usable for our family.

Trust the reviews- to an extent
I read the reviews which were mixed about sturdiness, but proceeded to buy it anyways. We are using it on the floor. It definitely is not the most sturdy, but does the job if adults are carefully using it. I wouldn’t trust it enough fraternity house or for my kids!People that complain about the warmth are regularly, turning it on and off. It will not heat up your towel that fast. This is meant to be left on all the time, at least for the cold season. We leave ours on with no problem, in a GFI, and it dries and warms our towels with no issues.My drawback is that we use baths sheets and the rack really isn’t big enough for them, so you have to be creative, how you fold your towels to utilize it.Overall, fair value and results.

Not super hot
It took a few to put together but not difficult. I have it standing & not mounted on a wall. It does warm up but doesnât really heat a towel as much as I would have liked. Iâm not sure about leaving it on or unplugging. I was spoiled with having a radiator in my old house before.

Get It!
It is such a treat to have warm towels, especially in the winter. We gave our daughter our last one when we moved overseas. I bought a new one as soon as we moved into a new house. I canât do without one now. Get it, youâll love it!

Keeps the Towels Warm
I used the floor feet rather than the wall mounts. The clips for the wall mount seemed too short and not flexible enough to clip to the bars. Not a big deal for me. It fits in a tight space, is stable, and keeps the towels and whatever else I drape over the bars warm. I am very happy with this product.
