“This is a handy journal, I wrote in it every day documenting my experiences in India. It’s thin and lightweight which made it easy to carry in my pack. I pretty much filled it up to the end. I liked the printed prompts reminding me to catalog thoughts, places, sites I saw, feelings etc… I don’t think I would have written as much had I not had the suggestions. It’s very simple, perfect for a one-month journal.”

Perfect kidsâ travel journals
Absolutely adorable! Both youthful (without being juvenile) and sophisticated enough that it would appeal to children between the recommended ages of 5-12. Love the simplicity of the design. Nice combination of prompts, blank spaces, wider-lined pages, and dotted pages. Colors in the 4-pack are lovely. Purchased for a 6 and an 8 year old.

Great for Family Vacations!!
We recently went to New York and I just HAD to get these for our 4 oldest kiddos. These are so fun and full of activities and writing prompts to keep kids engaged and excited about their next travels. Theyâre a little larger than pocket size, so perfect for carrying along or storing in small bag.Such a fun and memorable travel book for kids!

Nice travel journals for multiple kids
I was at first underwhelmed at the size of the journals when I got them, but now I’m really happy with them. I realized that they were still a good value in my opinion, because you get 4 of them. They grew on me more and more as I went through them. I don’t want the kids to feel like they have homework on vacation, these have enough prompts without feeling overwhelming, and I like that they are portable, so I now consider the small size a plus. I like that there are different colors, so each child knows which journal is theirs. I love that it includes a packing section to get the kids involved in packing their own bags. This is a really cute way for the kids to write about their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I wish I had them for our last trip, but they are coming with us on Spring Break!

I was not impressed
I was not impressed with this set of four travel journals. Possibly because I have previously made my own journals, which are more detailed than these. The journals are well put together and look nice. Personally, I think they are overpriced and the content was not to my liking.

Activities and a keepsake
This journal set is great for multiple kids! It has specifics that they can add before the trip, during the trip, and even on the way. I like that there is such a great variety of activities. This is definitely something that is going to be easiest for a child who can read and write. However, I did it with one of my granddaughters who couldnât read or write yet. I would ask her the questions and we would work through some of the things on our trip.The journals are little, lightweight and they can fit into backpacks easily for on the go or even in the car. They are well-made and definitely well thought out. This is not only a great activity, but also serves as a great keepsake.

This pack of little books was perfect for my little ones on a 7hr trip. My two youngest were a little young for these, but my 7- and 9-year-old thoroughly enjoyed them! I will keep these as special mementos!These are thin journals, but they pack a lot in them and are styled incredibly well on each page. Nice and neat but engaging for kids. I also appreciate that each journal is a different color, so they’re easy for my kids to identify their own.These claim they’re for ages 5-12 but you’d need to assist your little one if they can’t read confidently. Albeit, there are some pages that don’t really require any reading at all.Wonderful quality and I highly recommend them!

When I was a kid, my Mom used to prompt me to keep a journal when we’d go on big family vacations. I found that I really enjoyed the process of remembering and writing about each day, but sometimes struggled knowing precisely what to write.These little journals take all the guesswork out of the journaling process and make the process not only easy, but FUN!There are prompts and spaces to write pre-vacation, during the vacation, and after the vacation – making the entire process feel manageable and not overwhelming. The prompts included are so much fun and are sure to spark so many amazing memories.Besides the spaces provided to journal thoughts and memories, there are also pages to draw, puzzles to complete, and games to play – making these little books the perfect traveling companion.I know a lot of people buy souvenirs on vacation – but I dare you to find a more precious souvenir than a child’s memories from a special trip, written in their own handwriting.I will say, I think the age suggestion on these journals is a bit young – I would say these are more for 10+ years old.
