What are the WiFi network requirements to connect to the Pura diffuser?
Pura diffusers use 2.4GHz WiFi networks because the 2.4GHz frequency has a longer range and can extend more easily through walls and through larger homes, creating a better experience for our users. Pura diffusers don’t support 5GHz WiFi networks.

How long should a fragrance last?
Together, smart vials and Puralast technology deliver a scenting experience of up to 120 hours, per fragrance vial. Using fragrance-specific data, accounting for the size of the room and your intensity, to scent your space.
I can’t smell my fragrances?
You may experience issues smelling your fragrance if the diffuser is placed near an air vent. Cool air can cause the smell of the fragrance to fall to the floor. Placing near an intake may cause the scent to be trapped in air filters.

Our fragrances are created with an oil to effectively disperse scent. While fragrance life varies by scent, if you can’t smell your fragrance anymore and it’s been diffusing for over 120 hours, the oil that is left is just that—oil, not fragrance.

Unfortunately, even though I love the smell and the functionality of the app, the product itself is not great because it leaked all over the damn place and caused damage to my nearby furniture. No good.

Weâve been really enjoying our new Pura Diffuser. Itâs white and blends into the wall. It has an app where you can control the settings: strength of smel, duration of smell. There are two docks if you want to switch out your scents. We love it!

Love it! The app makes it so convenient to turn off and on. The size is compact and can easily plug in anywhere, it doesn’t need counter or floor space which is a plus so there is no exposed wire. Just plug it in and go. No need to add water which is also my favorite feature of the Pura

This was easy to set up. I love how I can program the scents, I tensity and time at which to diffusé. It prevents wasting the nice scents when nobody is home. The variety of scents is awesome.
