Good quality at a great price
I ordered these hooks for review because we recently decided to change all of the chrome fixtures in our guest bathroom to matte black. I replaced one existing hook that was next to the shower, and used the other hook for an additional hook behind the door next to a towel bar. Using proper tools, I had each hook installed in under ten minutes. Each mounting bracket allows the room for two smaller drywall anchor/screws (supplied), or you can use your own. The hooks are of good quality for the money and they are both mounted perfectly solid. I did not experience any of the trouble others have mentioned in their reviews. They are slightly smaller than I imagined upon arrival (see pics of hat and 18″ towel bar for perspective), but they hold the towels just the same. At under $20 or $10 each, I would definitely recommend these hooks. 5 stars!

Mounting Plate Issues
Mounting plate to the wall hex bolt contact tabs were inconsistantly bent (curled) from plate screw holes.Some were sloped diagonally and some had different curls which after screwing the plate to the wall and mounting the hook gaps were between the wall and hook skirt base no matter how tight the hook hex bolt was tightened. (Wouldnt ramp in)Only resolution was to remove plate and bend the tabs (2 pliers) to match till it mounts right.Unnecessary Pain as half turns on a hex key gets old…Other than mounting issues hooks look ok and function. I dont think they will last in a humid environment.Not top notch but work.

Quick and easy
Ordered these so my fiance could hang his Thor sword in his man cave living room. They were easy to install and are doing great. They blend in seamlessly with his Thor sword and don’t take away from the display at all. Very pleased!

Modern Looking
I actually ordered these wall-mounted towel hooks to use as coat hooks that can be used on the back of the door leading from our garage upstairs to our house. We currently have a double silver coat hook on that door, but we wanted to replace it with something a bit more modern. I think these black square hooks will work well for most jackets and coats.

As part of our bathroom update we picked up a number of different towel racks and hooks, and this was one of the ones we kept. The pictures accurately represent the aesthetics (very simple almost Scandinavian) and the finish is smooth and even. Easy to install with small brackets that get attached to the wall and a set screw to attach to the bracket. A really nice upgrade from our builder grade hardware.We ultimately ended up sending these back, they were probably the most interesting, and well built of the bunch that we ordered, but they were just a little too different aesthetically – it was hard to send them back because i really liked them

These seem solid, but one of mine came with bad coating flaws that can leave it prone to rusting.
I got these because my towel bar was foolishly placed on the opposite side of the bathroom at my rental house. So you either have to keep a towel on the toilet (yuck) or walk all the way across to get one while dripping everywhere.I got these to solve that problem. Now I can take one over to the shower and hang it up right where I can reach out and grab it. The area by the shower didn’t have any room for a full towel bar, so the hooks were a great option for me.These are very solid, there weren’t any major rough spots or scratches in the coating on the exterior, they weren’t warped in any way, and the one I put up was easy to get mounted to the wall.However at the back of the second hook there was a huge flaw in the coating application. A bunch of the coating was flaking off and peeling up from the metal. When brushed away it crumbled and left completely exposed untreated metal. My bathroom is old with no window or ventilation, the only way to let the steam out is to open the door when you are done. This leaves everything more prone to warping and rusting while in there. Since the back of this now has large sections without rust protection, I have chosen not to use or mount this in the bathroom. I really don’t want to find rust running down the wall from the back of this one day because someone decided they needed a longer shower.Other than my rust proof coating issues, these would have been a great set. Sadly I can’t use 1/2 of the product in the place I needed to (the bathroom), so that was disappointing. Hopefully it’s just a one off flaw to mine, and not a bigger manufacturing defect for this brand.
