Building Gratefulness Reminders
I am only through the first few weeks; but I’m able to stick with it and I look forward to the daily opportunities. I do not generally use a daily journal. This one has all the prompts needed to keep my interest and save me from taking too much time. This is why I know I’ll be able to continue and finish it out.Even while going through some of life’s tribulations, I am able to focus on the many, many blessings I have, as a result of the shift in perspective this book has provided. I have been using this book as a stepping stone for daily devotions I want to begin. It has become more. I plan to hold onto the journal after I’m through and any time I’m going through hard times or just need a quick attitude readjusting, I’ll look over at least the first part and remind myself of all the things/people I have in my life to remain grateful.

Iâm really enjoying this journal! I started on January 1, 2025 and havenât missed a day! Itâs quick and keeps me focused on gratitude! I really enjoy the extra encouragement and the weekly reflection! I also appreciate that thereâs a couple extra blank pages in the back to write down a lot more thoughts, maybe adding more blank pages throughout the journal would be really nice! Love this! Great job, I really appreciate the illustrations inside and beautiful cover! Overall a great journal!

This is a really thoughtful gratitude journal. I love the simplicity, yet it does make you think and reflect. Easy to fill in each day with a simple gratitude and then a little question such as “list one thing you did really well today”. These change each day. I am enjoying my journal, and it’s the first one I have ever undertaken, but will continue.
