simply the best
This is just the best towel warmer! LOVE IT! Best trick is to put two towel on. One on top of the other. When you get out of your shower or bath take the one from underneath. its SUPER WARM. Then when you are done simply put it on top of the other and it will dry out and be warm. With this I only have to wash my towel maybe ever other month. You will Love it!

Good Value-a little wobbly
First, I must say, of all the products weâve enjoyed over the years (in general) towel warming racks have been much more appreciated than I would have expected. When we revamped, my wife wanted to get rid of the polished brass one, and we got this. It is very functional, but the construction of the base does not make it very rigid, and it tends to wobble a bit. Not an actual problem, just something Iâd prefer it not do. It might be slightly better if I tightened it again, but the screws are in line with the axis of rotation (axis of wobble?), so it is intrinsically not super stable. Suspect this is due to the âwall mountâ option. Iâd prefer a base with a big more rigid mount.

HORRIBLE. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
Horrible, terrible. it does NOT auto shut off. Towel(s) sit on it 24+ hours with it on, and yes they are dry, but warm? meh. In a room that is already 72 degrees, the towels are not much warmer. My hope was to get that “mmmm” feeling in the winter wrapping a warm towel when getting out of the shower. Nope. Not this. Not going to happen. I’d read the reviews about the ‘other’ towel warmer on here at a similar price and decided to give this one a try. I totally should’ve saved the boxes so I could return it, but at the same time I can’t imagine what return shipping would be, and probably wouldn’t be worth the hassle.IF you pile on several towels, the one closest to the unit will be warm, almost warm enough for you to feel it’s warmth when you get out of shower, but it’s clumsy/fumble to pull all the other towels off to get to the one on the bottom that is warm. I first saw towel warmers in Europe on a vacation and was completely convinced of this necessary luxury, at long last I ordered one and have been nothing but disappointed. It doesn’t even make a good towel holder. Not sure what i’m going to do with it. I can touch it/hold it/lift it when it has been on for several hours. Oh yeah, and the ‘on/off’ button is at the bottom near the floor, so in addition to all it’s flaws you have to reach to the bottom to turn it on and off.

Thai is one of the worst product I received. I buy many from amazon, but never thought something like this will arrive. Missing screws , missing anti skid pd on one of the leg. Poorly packed..
