I purchased this item bc I was having such bad 1st trimester nausea. Like I was throwing up multiple times a day and any smell would make me sick! This helped regulate those smells, although I would often forget to use it, I think it would have helped me more! If the smell runs out you can just soak it in your own essential oil so itâs basically re usable!

Pleasing scents and easy to use
Love these! They tickle somewhat and take a bit to get used to, at least for me. I tried a couple different ones. and ended up checking out their website to find more scents. I like wearing the orange throughout the day as it smells pleasant and the lavender at night to relax. They do get less strong after a couple of uses even if you zip them in the pouch so I plan on refreshing and reusing them.

Constant relaxation
What a wonderful product! Fits perfectly and offers amazing scents continually. A tad bit strong at the beginning but in no time adjusts. This probably helps the scent last. Awesome!

Smells good, but doesn’t block bad smells
I work in animal care and I got these for when I work with puppies (the rooms always smell horrific in the morning). Fresh out of the package, they still didn’t cover up even the smell of dirty pet laundry. However, I CAN see how they would be great for meditation because the scents aren’t overwhelming; I caught myself wearing them even when I wasn’t around stinky smells.
