Why doesn’t the machine work properly when the switch is pressed?
Please make sure to use the power adapter included in the package or a 5V2A power adapter.
Why does only half of my machine fog up and only half of it works properly?
Please check that the water added to the tank is not above the water level line. Exceeding it will cause the outlet to not emit air.
Why don’t the LEDs light up or only halfway?
Please make sure that no water can enter the air outlet when the product is cleaned or refilled.
Why the atomization function is activated but no fog or less fog generated？
Too much water or less water will affect the atomization effect. Please fill in or pour out water and make the water level line in suitable position.
Why did the top cover melt afterthe machine had been working for a while?
Please make sure that the essential oils you add do not contain any alcohol content and use the one inside our package or a regular 5V2A power adapter.

Pleasantly surprised with diffuser.
I got this so I could have something beautiful, peaceful, and cozy to enjoy throughout reading my book. I really like how compact it is, it doesn’t take up a lot of room. I like that it has a timing function, it can be used as a night light and it has an auto off function.

Very deceitful images and description
I wouldnât recommend this. They just lied too much in pics and descriptions.The images suggest that there are 7 colors, there arenât. Itâs just 4: orange, red, green and blue.No ions are being released from salts, the bottom is cold. Itâs as effective as placing them on a counter and leaving them. Decoration only.This is really small. About 1/3 of an average cat fountainAnother thing is that the diffuser is only on one side, left, so the steam is mainly coming from there. On a right side you have a hole with open electronics. Not a good idea. Also, there is no max line on this so u kinda have to go half way otherwise it wonât work and u will flood the open electronics. Very bad design imo.Not easy to take the top off. Say goodbye to ur nails or use a knife to pry it openIt is cute though. If u ok with it being small, very small capacity since u can only do half a tank and u r ok with just rgb and orange colors, then go for it. Otherwise there are better diffusers out thereEDIT. Iâm downvoting this to one star because as predicted it broke with two months. First the steam stopped working, then the center light in a middle. Then it was just red color from sides. Now it just beeps and nothing happens. I was super careful not to spill water anywhere and there was no water on the bottom and it still broke. Cheap piece ofâ¦

Mini fireplace for cozy ambiance
The combination of the fireplace flame effect and the Himalayan salt lamp creates a wonderfully cozy ambiance in my home. The 250ml capacity is perfect for my needs, and the cool mist humidifier works great to keep the air comfortable. I also love the 7 colors light feature which adds a nice touch of customization. The timer and auto-off functions are super convenient, ensuring that I can relax without worrying about turning it off.

Lacking noticeable scent
This is a lovely diffuser! Unfortunately, instructions are incoherent. Once filled with water and replacing the top, the latter is nearly impossible to remove without using some type of tool to pry the top off. The aroma oils that come with it hardly have any scent, unless you add at least 15-20 drops into the 8 oz of water reservoir. Other than that, it is lovely with the changing colors if you choose to use them. My favorite is the orange as it almost resembles a miniature fireplace when it illuminates the “steam” which comes out of the top.

Found fix for too-early shutoff
I bought this unit about 6 months ago. It has worked well and consistently throughout. I enjoy the different color options, and I love having a miniature fireplace at my work desk! I also love /not/ getting static electricity sparks because of dry air.The only issue I had was when I rearranged things and I plugged it in using a different power cord than the one it had come with.When I used the wrong power cord, it was shut off after probably 3 minutes. Cleaning the unit did not affect that. However, I did some research and found out that using the wrong power cord could be the source of the problem. So I switched it back to the one that it originally came with, and that problem resolved itself immediately.

Not worth price
Looks cool, but “Flame” works only on half the machine. You only get 4 solid colors, only more if you choose color rotation. Which description on that was a little confusing. Then had water leak from underneath by the fan. I got 6 decent sized rocks and 2 small ones. It is fine if you push them all to the front. Also, the last “led switch” is useless. It isnt even a button, when it says it is. I have seen these on tik tok shop for $20.
