Perfect Mood Tracker
I LOVE this journal. Every page is the same which really helps me keep track of how Iâm feeling on a day to day basis. There is a morning page and a night page so I can even see if my mood is changing throughout the day. In the freestyle journaling area, I always write a funny/sarcastic affirmation. I also cross out the anxious part out from the âI felt anxious about ââ todayâ and add which emotion I felt with a brief explanation of why. I also love the fact that it asks what Iâm grateful for and has me list three good things that have happened that day. I really do love the simplicity.

Exactly What I Was Looking For!
After a stint in a psych ward & some new diagnoses of Bipolar 2 & Borderline Personality Disorder, the doctors told me it is vitally important to monitor my moods every day to see when I was going into a depressive state or hypomania & to show it to my doctors, psychiatrist, & psychologist at each appointment. Its simple, morning & afternoon so its more than just one snapshot per day, & perfect for anyone looking to track their mood for ANY reason. Love it!

Adorable!
Adorable mood journal, it does get a bit repetitive but it did help me a lot!

Good value
Nice quality journal with good paper and itâs much cheaper than similar products. I like that itâs printed in Oregon here in the US. I wish there were a few pages at the end or beginning with a chart to track mood across a month/ year. Other than that love it!

Get it! It’s helpful!
All of the pages are the same, you just fill out two pages for everyday on how you’re feeling in the morning, afternoon, and night and what your goals are for that day. I really like it a lot and it has come in handy in helping me keep track of which days were better for me mentally.

great book, binding doesn’t hold very well
I love this book. It’s simple and easy to fill out. It’s possible I got a bum print, but some of the pages aren’t secured within the binding, they start to come out as soon as I turn the page.

Iâve only just started using it but I am obsessed already.

Exactly as shown. I should’ve ordered the hardcover as I’m worried about this one being damaged but that’s on me. This has been very helpful and a very relaxing 5 minute break twice a day. Helps me keep track of health and gets things done. Very happy with purchase. I’ll probably order the hardback soon and copy over my first month from the original just so it’s more protected.

Purchased this for my 10 year old son who suffers from anxiety and other issues so that he could try and do some self regulation and reflection. There are not a huge amount of journals like this and I found this one to be age appropriate and meeting the needs without him having anxiety over his anxiety. So far he has been using it for about a week and we set a reminder for him to take that time in morning and evening to do some reflection.Very nicely printed, not to âbusyâ for kids with special needs and requirements. Nice and simple and easy for him to use and very well priced. Will definitely purchase another one when this one is full.
