I use this oil for my face as I donât like using chemicals on my skin and a lot of the creams out there are laden with chemicals.The oil is pretty light weight and rubs in really nicely. I had vitamin E oil before that was so thick it was almost sticky this one isnât like that. Itâs cold pressed so it keeps more if itâs cellular structure unlike heat processed oils which lose a lot after being heated.For my face I have noticed the skin is more soft and supple. Itâs antioxidants I believe are helping the appearance of the skin and I feel like my lines and wrinkles are also smoother which is a bonus now that Iâm noticing those wrinkles. I donât wear make up snd this gives my skin a bit of a glow maybe itâs from rubbing it in or maybe itâs cause of increased blood flow and repair I really donât know the science but I do really love it.This oil would be decent for body, stretch marks, and even hair though I wouldnât use much cause itâs very potent. I guess itâs a trial and error thing. You donât need much so the bottle will last a long time.Best kept in a cool dry are to prevent the oil from becoming rancid after opening which can occur.I love this stuff itâs really nice.
