Not Working
I canât believe that I spent almost $200 on something that worked for only 28 days. Iâve done everything to get this thing working in my car, no headway. I read so much complaints on Reddit about this item being a scam but didnât believe it. Now I am faced with this. The oil is full, power outlets in the car all working, the diffuser turns on, but no mist and when you press the button to select frequency of the mist, it shuts off itself after 2 seconds while power is on.

Stop working after 6 months
This air freshener was working great until after four months. After I switched the defusor the unit stopped working.

Doesn’t Come With Refillable Cartridge
Even though the box has instructions say otherwise on it’s contents, you have to buy cartridge in addition to this overpriced product.Buyer beware.

Works very well
I love the scent My Way. Just plug into your vehicle USB and ensure you place the non skid rubber mat on a flat surface. My vehicle smells amazing. The instructions are easy too!

Missing parts
Same as Debbi, ordered the diffuser for my vehicle, the scent canister was not with the car diffuser, so ordered the scent canister and the cotton insert did not come with any of the two purchased items. Now 325 dollars into this purchase and still can not use the diffuser. If I would have known all the different purchases I would have never purchased this item. Very unhappy with this and will contact aroma 360 and hopefully resolve this issue. Buyer beware.

Battery expanded
I bought this directly from the aroma 360 less than a year ago. About 6 months after use it stopped working. Aroma360 refused to replace because the warranty period is 90 days! I took it apart and discovered the battery expanded rendering it useless. Aroma was willing to sell me another unit. I ended up replacing the battery off Amazon for $9. A hot Florida car will cause the battery to degrade and now i see why the warranty is only 90 days. Itâs wonderful when it works but it will have a short life span if left in a hot car. But the battery can be replaced but aroma wonât replace it. Just beware.

False Advertising
The product shows it includes the Cotton Core and Refill Bottle and it does NOT. The manual that comes with the product says it comes with it also. Unless you want to spend $150 for everything donât buy the product.
