A little over a year later
This worked beautifully for a little over a year. It now barely warms. I have contacted customer support and will update when I receive an answer.I did receive a new towel warmer – itâs been a few months now and itâs working well

Hard-wiring is not code compliant without a plate
The specifications of this model (diagram E) state that the “[hard]wiring method is approved and listed by ETL and complies with thr National Electric Code Handbook.” However, the hard-wiring method is NOT compliant in all jurisdictions. The statement may be technically correct but is entirely misleading when purchasing this product purposefully because of the advertisement of being able to be mounted without a plate. Deceptive advertising. The manufacturer does not offer a plate that matches the model and assumes no responsibility for its misleading advertising. And of course it’s outside the return window.
