Well thought out
This is a really well thought out journal! Itâs organized well. It makes sense. Easy to use. I am a big fan of smart goals so love seeing that in here! I like how it goes through each section at the beginning, reframing, balance, mindfulness, gratitude, then breaks it out into 12 weeks of practicing what we learned. Itâs well worth the current ~$25 price point.

One of the best mental health journals I’ve seen
I have ordered several journals on mental health over the last few years, and this is one of my favorites. While sometimes journals are a little low on content, this one is chock full of content and has plenty of room for your jottings. You can tell that the person who created the prompts and suggestions has been there and understands what you must reflect on during your mental wellness journey. This particular edition focuses on improving your mindset and helping you be more positive overall, which is definitely something I – and many of us, probably – could spend more time focusing on. On a practical level, I like the star rating for your mood, the place to list your goal for the day, affirmations, and reminders for tomorrow. The large spiral allows the pages to turn quickly (a pet peeve is sticking pages, so I was happy!). The pages do not bleed, which is always nice if, like me, you like to use a lot of different kinds of pens and markers. The cover seems durable, and I like the size because I can throw it in my tote bag or even one of my larger purses to take it with me.If you need something to inspire you, plenty is here. I am looking at the other journal, the “Discover” one, as I type this as I want that one, too! I am impressed by this journal maker and look forward to seeing what other versions of journals they will put out.

Best journal for CPT enthusiasts
I’m sure that sounds weird, but I’ve been doing CPT for many years and this journal is set up so perfectly for guided journaling and thought processing. It’s beautifully put together, affordable and has lovely insight as well as every helpful guidance. Can’t wait to order my next one!

Wonderfully Simple
This is a great journal for someone who doesn’t want to feel super dedicated but begins the art of journaling for their own mental health and well-being. What I like most about this is that its modular and does not require to be filled in any one direction. There are plenty of prompts and a great way to begin journaling.
