Works Great
I like that I can set the temp and it stays that way! I just flip the on/off switch and I don’t have to adjust the temp on the dual warmer.

WASTE OF MONEY! Done by 2nd use!
I arrived to my salon to turn my wax pot on 90 min early. After about 20 min I noticed the light was no longer on on the side I was using, I then checked my connects and my outlets. Switched it on and off and the light only flickered. I then tried to use the other side and that side world come on then the other did, then it shut off. I then tried both sides separately, each side would only cut on if turned to Max and would only stay on for a few minutess. I went on to trouble shoot for about an hour and had to cancel my reschedule so I lost money both on the reschedule and ordering another wax warmer from a pro store. I am so disappointed, this warmer was beautiful and was perfect for my decor and as a new small business owner this really set me back.

the wax pot turns on and off, I donât know if it does that at a certain temp? It should have been told those things on the instructions manual.
