Awesome this is our 2nd one for another bathroom. Easy to install.

One Major Flaw
All in all the product is great. It does what it is supposed to do – warm towels. However, it lacks one major feature that, to me, is a safety issue. If you donât set a timer or manually turn it off, it will stay on. It should have an automatic timeout for some period of time. And the buttons are very sensitive which although a good thing it means that the rack can be turned on accidentally.

I have installed several of these SHARNDY towel warmers and can say the finish is second to none and they are super sturdy. They heat up quickly and hold the heat well even when turned off. Nothing beats a warm towel.

Unevenly heated and takes closer to 2 hours for the couple bars that do heat to get up to a little passed warm. In the end it’s a very expensive towel bar.
