Each page offers ample space to answer each prompt and get your thoughts down on paper, and there are even a handful of blank note pages found in the back of the book.It has a real leather-bound cover with a nice texture to it and black painted edges – I think it looks very professional and incognito. It also comes equipped with an elastic band to keep the book closed, a leather pen holder, a ribbon to hold your place in the book and a pocket in the back for keeping notes, stickers, etc. awesome value in what you get for such a low price.Each check-in offers the perfect balance of consistency and uniqueness. On the left side you can easily track your daily focuses while the right side provides you with the opportunity to think deeper about different self reflection questions.I have never been good at consistently tracking my daily thoughts and reflecting on mindfulness, but this book has been helping me keep my thoughts concise and consistent with my goals in mind. A pleasant surprise in both material quality and content.
Upon unboxing this journal, I was immediately impressed with its quality of construction. It looks well made and has a professional appearance similar to that of a typical planner. The binding is stitched rather than glued, which should hold up well with daily use.The content is well structured. It includes sections for planning the day, writing the day’s affirmations, making observations at the end of the day, and a daily affirmation quote. There is also a different prompt each day for considering the day’s goals. The combination of consistent daily affirmations and nightly reflections, along with the changing daily prompts for planning the day ahead, offers both consistency and variety.Overall, I would recommend this journal for anyone who would like to add some introspection and inspiration to their daily life.

Not a bad journal
So this journal is discrete, which is one of the things I liked about it. It looks like those other type of monthly schedule journals just by looking at it but once you open it’s totally different. It has a loop for a pen and an elastoc band that goes around the book in order to keep the book closed. At first instarted out writing in it everyday but after a week I started to write less and less, the daily reflections seemed to start becoming less motivating to write about.

Multi task
This journal is really nice, both in appearance and functionality. Iâm not sure if itâs actually leather based on the inside of the pen holder, but itâs well made, has a strong binding and I love that it has a pocket for notes etc on the inside back cover. The layout format is nice with various thought provoking reflections and categories, including a blank space at the end of the daily entries for journaling and notes. I find it be be a great tool which inspires my day and helps me to be more intentional when planning my day, or tracking my progress for various projects.

I am impressed with this book
I am reviewing this 5 Minute Gratitude Journal. This is a beautiful quality product that includes a pen holder, ribbon bookmark and an elastic band closure. The leather cover is thick and feels substantial. I like how quick and easy this is to use and the daily prompts. I really like the self assessment as I am focusing on my health and want to track what is working for me and see if I notice any patterns. This is something I can add to my daily routine without feeling overwhelmed. I am impressed with this book and I like the simplicity of this design.

This journal is good if you need something more structured and focused vs. having to start with a blank thought. I really like the cover, material, and well made construction through out. It’s also discreet and classy. I like how it include a elastic band for greater security. Admittedly I was very committed using it the first week and somewhat struggled to keep logging consistently. I think also because I find the daily reflections a bit redundant and sometimes doesn’t resonate with what happened during the day. May work for some but not for all.

Got this journal to help me practice mindfulness as I know fall and winter seasons are always harder for me mentally. The journal is a nice hardcover leather-bound cover with an elastic closure as well as an elastic pen loop. Itâs a nice size that you can carry with you everywhere.You will find inside 2 pages to complete daily for a period of 15 weeks. The pages are divided into 2 section that you complete in the AM and the other in the PM with simple question to answer every day around your self-assessment. They are repetitive but very powerful question that we donât spend enough time to answer. The only part that is different is the daily quote. There is also extra free format pages at the end if you need extra space to write things down.On a side note, not sure why they target men for this journal as anyone can benefit from using it. I think it is a great gift to yourself or a love one.
