    My therapist suggested I start journaling and this has been great for me as it has prompts and activities that make journaling engaging. Also helps with inner reflection that I often forget to check on. The journey itself is made of nice material is a pretty color.

    Very disappointed. The Inner Work Journal arrived with name, email and phone number of a previous owner of the journal. Approximately 50 pages of the journal had already been written in. Corners of the journal were turned inward.
