    Great Little Book
    Just got it and love it! Ordered the purple journal and stickers were included, bookmark ribbons are great. Lots of areas to write details and notes. Nice size to fit in my purse as well.

    It’s a nice journal
    I went down 1 star because it had a misspelling in it. Other than that it’s not bad. It’s worth the price It’s only 10 bucks. If I had paid more then I would have been disappointed. Considering it was not very expensive it’s worth the price. It’s well made and includes stickers. If you can live with one spelling mistake, it’s OK.

    I love, love, LOVE this journal! There’s so much to love about it!It’s set out in such a logical format. From the opening pages which basically let you map your journey- from present to where you want to end up.The daily pages make it easy to see at a glance how your day went. The categories listed are the main ones most people want to chart. Plus there’s space for notes.The goal setting features are great too.I love, love, LOVE this journal.

    Excellent journal to record daily macros, exercise, etc.
    This journal is excellent. I’ve bought others for a lot more money. This one is well made and has sufficient space to record 6 months of data. In 2017, I went on a 1200 calorie high protein/low carb diet and lost 100 pounds and have kept it off except for 6 pounds. I attribute the weight loss to tracking my macros every single day.

    Buy it!! I wish I had bought it sooner!!!! Stop looking cause this is it!!!
    This is something that everyone should have or almost everyone. The only thing I would add is a column for. Added sugars!!!!!!!!!! it really helps you keep an eye on your calories and it tracks your water. Your mood your sleep your weight. It’s just awesome. I highly recommend you purchase this. I have the purple one and I got the brown one for my son.
