Crisp, fresh, and herbal! Long lasting ðð¼
Basil is by far my favorite scent from Mrs. Meyers. Iâve probably gone through 20 of these candles, no joke. It smells crisp, fresh, and herbal, with heavy green notes and a light floral finish. Itâs not at all powdery or sweet, and really fills up the room with fragrance. Even someone I live with thatâs sensitive to fragrances doesnât mind this candle. ðð¼ I always have Basil, Lavender, and Lemon Verbena on rotation in my house! Those three even work well together when lit at the same time. My only gripe is the cost… but they do last awhile (more so than Glade candles). Highly recommend!Thanks for reading! Smelled her once in the bathroom of a meatball shop and it was true love. Does not smell like basil at all but it does smell like the most amazing clean room youâve ever been in. This is a bathroom/kitchen candle; not really for bedroom or relaxing vibes. If youâre looking for an inexpensive candle to cover up poop scent, look no further.

Love the candle but scent is a little off
I love the scent of their basil soap but I find that the candle is a little more earthy. It does burn pretty fast but you wonât lose scent after breaking through the top like most other big box store candles.

Clean burning and smells great
Simple Meyers candle, was a bit smaller in person than expected. Super clean burning for hours and hours, flame stays low, puts off a great amount of scent and not overpowering but smells great and refreshes the area.

Has almost ZERO scent
I really love the basil clean scent from Mrs Meyers, and use it in my house cleaning products. However, this candle has almost no scent. Whatever scent it gives off does not smell like the pleasant basil I’ve come to know. Worse is the cost of this candle for what I have gotten…I even bought an extra and sent it as a gift before I knew it was a sham. I wasted my money as I can’t return.

I got this because I use all the Meyers cleaners in my house because I love the scent. The candle smells similar until you burn it and then it loses the interesting scent. Its definitely strong, and not a bad smell.. its just not what I expected.
