Quick warming

Stopped Working After 1 Use
Ordered this for my wife as a Christmas gift after she saw our friends had a towel warmer and stated sheâd like one. I did a bit of searching around to find one I thought would be big enough for more items and be able to heat well and set temperatures and delay starts. This one seemed like it would be a good fit so I pulled the trigger. I set it up after she opened it up on Christmas and it worked fine, had a bit of a smell but it warmed up the towels fine. The next day she turned it on and it started its warming process and after about 10 minutes we heard a beeping sound come from it and saw it stopped heating. I tried turning the unit off and back on but the power button and temperature controls wouldnât do anything, the only buttons that worked were the delay and UV buttons. I unplugged it and plugged it back in, same issues. I checked the manual to see if it was a safety measure or something, no mentions. I unplugged it and left it unplugged over night and the next morning plugged it back up, same issue. So we got one good use out of it. Returned.

Doesnât get truly warm
We returned this product. It wasnât getting truly warm even after leaving it to heat up for 30 mins. Also the floor space it took up was just too much to sacrifice in our bathroom. It was getting in the way after 1 day. We bought a heated towel rack instead and are much more pleased with that.

I bought this to disinfect my daughter sleeping stuffed animal and blanket. It makes them smell so good with the fragrance insert. And disinfects without having to wash them. The touch screen is large and makes it easy to understand. The sizes lets it fit several pieces. And aesthetically pleasing in the room. The price was average compared to others on the market.
