are these fully beeswax they dont have the same smell of others I have had? they burn great and I love the look just wondering if they are cut with something else ? maybe I missed it in the description either way I like them thanks

Tipsy candles
These candles are a pretty purple color and are well made, however, I wouldn’t recommend them if you haven’t a secure holder because they are very tipsy on their own. I bought a spiked heavyweight candle plate (brass) and that still didn’t do the job due to the concave bottom design of the candle. Then I bought a glass chimney which didn’t fit over the plate so I had to use a smooth based metal candle holder which did fit the chimney. Next I shall have to try some sort of candle glue if it’s still sold nowadays.

These are beautiful, I specifically purchased these for Samhain. They donât smell very good out of the box. It smells like pencil shavings. Other than that they are perfect.

Worst candle we’ve ever burned
We burned two of these things at the same time on Christmas Eve along with several others. After 90 minutes we blew the two out and threw the mess away. First of all, they barely give off any light because the melted wax accumulates unusually fast. Second, clean-up was a headache because the wax badly stuck to our holders as well as our granite countertop, unlike any others we’ve ever used before. Third, the width of the candle is misstated in the ad. They’re much less than 1.5 inches wide. All in all a complete waste of time -and money. Avoid like the plague.
