Great Dinner Candles!
I love to have candles at dinner time, and purchased these so that I would have a set that would burn beautifully, have a pleasant scent, and not drip all over the table. They are all of that! They are technically “unscented” but a slight fragrance of honey can be detected. I find that delightful. At this writing, I actually have not used a set all the way up, as they last quite awhile, so I can’t respond with burn time. One particular characteristic that I really like is the way the base is made. Most taper have kind of a round bottom. These are made to fit tightly in just about any candle holder you have without the “Stick Tight” compound, or any kind of wedging or modification. I really like that!

I had previously bought tea lights from this seller but this was my first purchase of tapers from seller; these are excellent tapers and I will certainly buy them again. Good value; color is beautiful and the natural beeswax scent is very pronounced with these fresh candles (like with their tea lights). The shaped bottom of the taper fits really well in the candle holder so there is not all the trouble that I sometimes have with tapers falling over and not wanting to stay in place in the holder. Good burn time and lovely beeswax bright flame.

Update: I cautiously burned two more of these candles for Valentineâs Day dinner and they melted neatly down with no sputtering or spilling down the sides. I guess some are duds- I reached out to the company to understand what happened but didnât hear back. For the price, having half the batch melt down so poorly is still not cool, but if you were lucky and received 6 good candles then you did pretty well!Wish like hell these had worked! Beeswax, organic, no toxins in the wick- whatâs not to like? Scraping beeswax off my counters, thatâs what :/ I tried in two containers and both times ended up with wax spilled onto my counter 3-4 inches away from the candle (was it sputtering?) . I trimmed the wick and it still kept curling and burning in one direction. They also did not burn for the 6 hours advertised, I got about 4 hours before it was the size of a tea light. Super disappointed but going to try their other sizes because I did like the candle itself. Clean light honey scent

These are the best candles Iâve ever bought, I love the look of candle sconces and thrifted some beautiful vintage ones. Iâm more on the crunchy side so I didnât want soy or scented of any kind. These smell better than any fake scent candle Iâve ever smelled. They smell like concentrated honey, like a honey perfume Iâd love to have! They arrived super well packaged with no damage. I have not burned them yet but if they burn like typical beeswax Iâll be satisfied.
