Arrived broken, refund still not processed
The first one i ordered arrived broken which made everything else in the box smell overwhelmingly of cantaloupe and covered in oil. Requested a refund and ordered a new one which arrived in a timely manner and wasn’t broken, but three months later, the refund for the first broken one hasn’t been processed.

After a few days of testing this product, I unfortunately have not had a great experience. I really like the smell of ‘coconut’ and indeed, it smells exactly like that. The smell is superb, and smells exactly like coconut. It is pretty to the eye, but I might have added flowers in the package to make it prettier. I decided to add my own artificial flowers to make it prettier in my room. I heard a lot of good things about this product, but unfortunately, not for this one. The smell does not adhere to the room. You have to be very close to be able to smell the smell unlike a candle. I even tested it in my small bathroom, and unfortunately, nothing. It is really more of a decoration that smells good when you are close. I don’t think the product deserves 1 star, but it doesn’t deserve 5 either, since it is not perfect. The customer service is impeccable. They tried to help me with some solutions to resolve the situation.
