    PERFECT LITTLE JOURNAL!!
    I am an avid user of fitness journals and needed to replace the one I had since I ran out of pages. I have specific things I like to track and these fitness journals fit the bill! They are straight forward with space to write out your workout routine, log reps, weight lifted, cardio and note section. This journal is the perfect size to take to the gym and love the color options they offer. I will definitely purchasing more when I am done with my current journal.

    Simple but effective. Has plenty of space for each day’s workout. Small enough to throw into your gym bag but large enough to write down your exercises. In addition, has monthly calendars to keep track of trends or rotating exercises.

    Wonderful fitness journal!
    I love being able to use this journal to log my workouts to see what weights or reps I previously did. Even though I log it on an app, the journal is more efficient to look back at previous workouts. It is small enough to take to the gym. I also liked the monthly calendars.
